T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Associate to energize the retail experience in a high-traffic environment. You will engage customers, educate them on wireless solutions, and demonstrate value using digital tools and self-serve resources.

Training will be provided to ensure you excel in store processes and product knowledge. With at least a high school diploma and 6 months of customer service or sales experience, you will thrive in a fast-paced team setting, delivering exceptional service

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a high-traffic retail environment using digital tools.
• Educate customers on T-Mobile solutions and demonstrate value through solution-based selling.
• Complete training on store processes, products and systems; stay customer-ready at all times.
