Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Associate to engage customers in a high-traffic retail setting and demonstrate the value of T-Mobile solutions. You will learn and use digital tools, upsell services, and guide customers through onboarding and self-serve options to enhance their wireless experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Retail environment experience preferred.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment and educates customers on T-Mobile solutions.
• Leverage digital self-serve tools during interactions; identify customer needs and demonstrate value of products and services.
• Complete training on in-store experience, products, processes, and systems; onboard customers and perform store operations.
• Be customer-obsessed, build rapport, and drive sales activity while following up with customers and managing referrals.
• Build relationships with leadership and teams to support account setup, device support, and servicing.
