Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a Mobile Associate to drive energy and sales in National Sales partner locations. You’ll educate customers, demonstrate products, and build relationships through proactive engagement in a fast-paced retail setting.

You’ll use digital tools to guide customers, identify needs, and push solution-based selling while completing training and staying current with promotions and store standards. The role emphasizes customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience preferred in retail.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with customers in a high-traffic retail environment using digital tools to educate and demonstrate the value of T-Mobile solutions.
• Identify customer needs and use solution-based selling to showcase products and services.
• Complete training on in-store experience, updates, and processes; review personal results and promotions to stay customer-ready.
