T-Mobile is hiring Mobile Associates to energize National Sales partner locations, delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced retail setting. You will identify needs, demonstrate solutions, and guide customers through onboarding and app usage to maximize value.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, consultative selling, and a proactive, customer-centric mindset while meeting quality of sale metrics in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in Retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment.
• Identify customer needs and use solution-based selling techniques to demonstrate value of T-Mobile products and services.
• Educate customers and guide them through self-serve tools and onboarding processes to ensure satisfaction.
• Builds relationships with nearby leadership and teams to support customer experience from account setup to device support.
