T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking Mobile Associates for Store-in-Store roles to energize customers in National Sales partner locations. You’ll engage in meaningful interactions, identify needs, and educate customers on wireless solutions with a focus on service excellence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (Required).
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with customers in a high-traffic retail environment and showcases the value of T-Mobile solutions.
• Identify customer needs and use solution-based selling to demonstrate products and services.
• Complete training on in-store experience, review promotions, and stay customer-ready at all times.
• Build relationships with nearby leadership and teams to support the customer experience from setup to servicing.
