Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is hiring Store-in-Store Mobile Associates to greet customers in a fast-paced, warehouse/club kiosk setting. You will educate, demonstrate, and recommend solutions while delivering exceptional service and helping customers stay connected.

Responsibilities include proactive engagement, completing training, and driving sales in a high-traffic environment. Must be at least 18, legally eligible to work in the U.S., with strong communication and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a high-traffic retail environment, educate customers, and showcase the value of store-in-store benefits.
• Complete training on store-in-store experience, new skills, products, processes, and systems; participate in knowledge sharing and store operations.
• Build relationships with customers, generate sales, collect referrals, and nurture customer loyalty.
