Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a high-traffic retail environment, using digital tools to educate customers and showcase benefits.
• Complete training on store-in-store experience, skills, products, processes, and knowledge of systems; perform knowledge sharing and store operations.
• Provide exceptional service, build rapport and trust, attract referrals, follow up with customers, and contribute to sales activity.
