Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Associate for Store-in-Store roles to bring the T-Mobile brand to life in a high-traffic retail setting. You will engage customers, educate them on products and services, and drive sales through effective, solution-based interactions.

In this role you will use digital tools, participate in onboarding, and work with nearby stores to ensure a great customer experience. Excellent communication and sales skills are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (Required).
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with customers in a high-traffic retail environment and educates them on T-Mobile solutions.
• Consistently uses digital tools and demonstrates solution-based selling to showcase value.
• Complete training on in-store processes, review promotions, and stay customer ready.
• Builds relationships, follows up with customers, and captures referrals and Be Back opportunities.
• Supports leadership and onboarding activities, including store operations and asset security.
