Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. seeks a Mobile Associate (Store-in-Store) to energize the retail environment. You will engage customers, educate them on our wireless solutions, and demonstrate value to drive sales while maintaining high service standards.

Responsibilities include leveraging digital tools, onboarding customers, and building relationships with new and existing customers. Training is provided, with opportunities for incentives and stock grants.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience; retail preferred.
• 18+ years of age and legally allowed to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Engage with a broad range of customers in a high-traffic retail environment using digital tools.
• Demonstrate and explain value of T-Mobile products/services; identify customer needs and sell solutions.
• Complete training on store processes and products; stay customer-ready with up-to-date knowledge.
• Collaborate with nearby store locations; assist in onboarding customers and maintaining security of kiosk assets.
• Be customer-obsessed: friendly, proactive in follow-up, referrals, and Be Back processes.
