Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is hiring for a Mobile Associate role in a fast-paced retail environment. You will help customers understand our technology and service options, delivering personalized solutions while building product knowledge and skills with digital tools.

Your responsibilities include training, supporting store goals, and collaborating across teams to ensure an excellent customer experience. Eligible for on-the-job training pay and stock benefits as part of Total Rewards.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment preferred.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions.
Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features.
Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless tech innovations.
Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience.
