Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking an enthusiastic Mobile Associate for a store-in-store retail environment. You will engage customers, educate on devices and services, and drive sales through consultative selling while providing exceptional service.

You will learn store processes, collaborate with nearby locations, and participate in onboarding, with $20/hour guaranteed including incentives and opportunities for growth, plus stock-based incentives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with customers in a high-traffic retail environment using digital tools to educate and showcase value of T-Mobile solutions.
• Identify customer needs and use solution-based selling to demonstrate wireless products and onboarding solutions.
• Complete training on in-store procedures and systems; maintain customer readiness and assist with onboarding at multiple store locations.
• Build rapport and trust with customers, reach out to drive sales, capture referrals, manage Be Back processes, and handle price overrides for offers.
