Job summary

T-Mobile is hiring a Mobile Associate to engage customers in high-traffic store environments, educate them on wireless solutions, and demonstrate value using digital tools and self-serve options.

You will complete in-store training, stay up to date on promotions, and collaborate with nearby stores to support account setup and device support. A high school diploma and 6 months of sales experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience preferred in a retail environment.
• Strong communication, coaching, and product knowledge skills.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with customers in a high-traffic retail setting and educate them on T-Mobile solutions.
• Leverage digital tools and self-serve options to demonstrate value and close sales.
• Complete in-store training and stay updated on promotions and processes.
• Build rapport, follow up with customers, and drive referrals and Be Back opportunities.
• Collaborate with nearby store locations to support account setup and device support.
