Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. seeks a Mobile Associate, Store-in-Store, to energize the retail partner locations and engage customers with the latest wireless solutions. You will educate shoppers, demonstrate value, and drive sales in a fast-paced environment, building rapport and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements include a High School Diploma and at least 6 months in customer service or sales. The role offers $18.00 per hour base pay plus $5.00 training pay, with guaranteed $20/hour including

• 6 months of customer service or sales experience preferred (Retail).
• Knowledge of products, services, and customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a high-traffic retail environment using digital tools to educate and showcase T-Mobile solutions.
• Identify customer needs, demonstrate value, and use solution-based selling techniques to drive sales.
• Complete training on in-store experience, products, processes, and systems; on-board customers and maintain store operations.
• Be customer-obsessed, build rapport, follow up, and contribute to referrals and Be Back processes.
