Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is hiring Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store, to engage customers in high-traffic partner locations and showcase the value of T-Mobile solutions.

You’ll educate customers, identify needs, and demonstrate wireless products while delivering exceptional service. The role includes training on in-store experiences, a guaranteed base pay of $19.50 per hour plus $5 training pay, with potential incentives and stock grants.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a high-traffic retail environment and demonstrate products.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable T-Mobile solutions.
• Educate customers on self-serve tools and app usage.
