Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment and educates customers on T-Mobile solutions.
• Leverage digital self-serve tools during interactions and onboarding; identify needs and demonstrate value of products and services.
• Complete training on in-store experience, products, processes, and systems; review results, promotions, and updates; onboard customers with store teams.
• Be customer-obsessed: friendly, engaging, build rapport, follow up with customers, manage referrals, Be Back processes, and drive sales activity.
• Build relationships with nearby leadership to support the customer experience from account setup to device support.
