Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and provide a world-class in-store experience, guiding them through the shopping journey and offering hands-on demonstrations.
• Demonstrate and explain devices and services, including accessories and IoT products.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and identify customer needs, turning interactions into sales.
