Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is hiring a Mobile Associate to engage customers in a high-traffic retail setting. You will educate, demonstrate, and recommend T-Mobile solutions while meeting sales targets and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Role emphasizes relationship building, product knowledge, and use of digital tools to guide customers through self-serve options and onboarding. Training progresses toward Mobile Expert with incentive opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience preferred in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment.
• Use digital self-serve tools during interactions and onboarding to demonstrate value of T-Mobile products and services.
• Identify customer needs and apply solution-based selling to showcase wireless options and onboarding solutions.
• Complete training on in-store experience, new skills, products, processes, and knowledge of systems.
• Build relationships with nearby leadership to support customer experience from setup to device support.
