Job summary

Holler-Classic Family of Dealerships seeks a capable dispatcher to coordinate mobile service for Ford and other brands. You will be the main liaison between customers and mobile technicians, confirming requests, routing, and scheduling while tracking parts and keeping accurate records in the DMS/FordPass.

The role requires strong organization, multitasking, and communication, plus a valid driver's license. Healthcare, 401(k), and PTO are among offered benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; automotive education preferred.
• Experience in a dealership, dispatching, or customer service is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate mobile service appointments based on customer needs and tech availability.
• Serve as the primary liaison between customers and mobile service technicians.
• Verify service requests, vehicle info, warranty status, and parts/tools.
• Optimize technician routes to maximize coverage and reduce downtime.
• Maintain daily schedules and calendars for mobile technicians.
• Track inventory for mobile units and ensure parts availability.
• Assist with customer follow-up and satisfaction surveys.
• Ensure compliance with Ford Mobile Service Program and dealership policies.
• Collaborate with service advisors, parts, and service manager to streamline workflow.
• Document service appointments and communications in the DMS and FordPass.
