The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, a valid driver's license, and experience with dealership management tools.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to organize and multitask in a fast-paced dealership.
• Familiarity with dealership management systems (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds).
• Valid driver's license and clean record.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate mobile service appointments based on customer needs and technician availability.
• Serve as primary liaison between customers and mobile service technicians.
• Verify service requests, vehicle information, warranty status, and parts or tools.
• Optimize technician routes to ensure efficient service coverage.
• Maintain daily schedules and calendars for mobile technicians.
• Track inventory for mobile units and ensure parts are available.
• Assist with customer follow-up and feedback collection.
• Ensure compliance with Ford's Mobile Service Program and dealership policies.
• Collaborate with service advisors and parts department to streamline workflow.
• Maintain records of appointments and communications in the DMS and FordPass platform.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
