Responsibilities

• Answers phone and text to schedule mobile van appointments.
• Coordinate with the mobile service technicians.
• Answers basic customer inquiries.
• Serves as clerical and administrative back-up.
• Travel in the field to promote and find new clients or accounts.
• Being able to file and keep track of information.
