Job summary

MSX International is seeking a Mobile Service & Performance Coach to work field-based with automotive dealerships in the United States. You will train leaders, coach technicians, and drive improvements in service operations, profitability, and customer satisfaction while traveling up to 80% of the time.

The role emphasizes analytical KPI review, process optimization, and hands-on development of mobile service programs, with a strong focus on revenue growth and fixed operations excellence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer-facing automotive industry experience.
• Experience in service operations, fixed operations, aftersales, or retail automotive.
• Strong coaching, training, presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to influence and build relationships at all organizational levels.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Partner with dealership leadership to improve performance and profitability.
• Analyze KPIs and identify opportunities for revenue growth and operational improvements.
• Develop and support business plans focused on customer retention and fixed operations success.
• Deliver classroom, virtual, and on-site training programs.
• Coach service leaders, advisors, and technicians on service operations, sales, and customer experience.
• Support technician recruitment, onboarding, development, and retention efforts.
