Job summary

MSX International is seeking an Operations Specialist (Field Performance) to support automotive dealerships in improving service operations, customer experience, and overall performance. This role works directly with dealership teams to identify improvement opportunities, provide coaching, implement best practices, and help achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive dealership operations, fixed operations, or aftersales/service.
• Strong coaching, mentoring, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to analyze performance data and develop actionable improvement plans.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience implementing customer service and sales best practices.
• Ability to travel regularly to dealership locations.
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess dealership service operations and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and performance.
• Coach and support dealership staff on customer service, sales techniques, and operational best practices.
• Partner with dealership leadership to develop and implement improvement plans.
• Monitor progress and provide ongoing guidance to help dealerships achieve performance goals.
• Document observations, actions taken, and recommendations following dealership visits.
• Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
• Promote best practices that enhance customer satisfaction, business results, and operational effectiveness.
• Build strong relationships with dealership personnel and influence positive change.
