Job summary

MSX International is seeking a dynamic leader to guide our Mobile Service program across the United States. You will mentor dealership owners and service managers, drive profitability, and lead hands-on training in mobile units to demonstrate procedures.

You’ll combine consulting, sales coaching, and field training to improve customer experience, grow business, and implement new processes across the territory, traveling extensively as required.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive industry with customer-facing duties.
• Strong coaching and training delivery skills for dealership staff.
• Proven ability to improve customer experience and sales performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead Mobile Service implementation, sales, and workflow mapping.
• Deliver training at dealerships, territory venues, and virtually.
• Instruct technicians on procedures and safety.
• Support non-technical training and go-to-market planning.
• Analyze KPIs and advise management to hit targets.
