Job summary

MSX International seeks a Connected Services Field Coach to drive dealership performance through hands-on coaching, data-driven insights, and strategic consulting. You’ll empower dealership teams to maximize connected services potential, improve activation rates, and deliver measurable results for clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in automotive, coaching or consulting.
• Strong understanding of connected services and their value proposition.
• Excellent coaching, presentation and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% (local 2-4 days/week; some air travel).
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; GED required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, high‑impact coaching sessions focused on connected services sales, activation, and customer support.
• Partner closely with dealership leadership teams to establish and optimize connected services processes.
• Train dealership personnel on the Dealer Rewards Portal and OTP opportunities.
• Lead Monthly Performance Reviews with client Zone Teams.
• Analyze dealership performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
• Coach dealership teams to drive activation and OTP sales.
• Collaborate with client field representatives to align with regional objectives.
• Provide ongoing support through regular visits and coaching.
