Job summary

Dobbs Truck Group is seeking a Mobile Maintenance Advisor to lead the mobile service operation across our network. You will oversee mobile assignments, parts coordination, and ensure performance standards to meet customers’ needs.

The role requires CDL (A or B), 6+ years in heavy equipment maintenance, and proficiency with Excel/Word/Outlook. Strong leadership and scheduling skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid CDL (A or B) license required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Minimum 6 years of related truck or heavy equipment maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day mobile service operations and technicians.
• Develop estimates by costing materials, labor and deductibles.
• Prepare repair orders and obtain approvals for services.
• Maintain customer rapport by communicating estimates and completions.
• Schedule work and coordinate with Parts, Sales and management.
