Cox Automotive USA is seeking a Mobile Technician Lead to join our management team and support growth across field operations. You will lead 15+ technicians, ensure DOT compliance, safety and quality, and collaborate with dispatch, parts and sales to keep every technician fully scheduled.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in a related discipline with 6 years in a similar role, at least 1 year in management, and a valid driver’s license with a clean MVR.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline with 6 years of related field experience.
• 1+ year of experience in management or lead role.
• Valid state driver's license with 3 year MVR review; able to obtain Driver Qualification File.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 15+ technicians and provide coaching and mentoring.
• Review metrics and monitor reports to improve maintenance efficiency.
• Ensure DOT policies, safety rules, and regulations are followed.
• Onboard and train new technicians.
• Coordinate with dispatch, parts, and sales to maintain full schedules.
• Conduct safety audits and support budget adherence.
