Job summary

Dobbs Truck Group in Memphis seeks a Regional Mobile Service Manager to lead mobile technician teams across assigned locations, driving productivity, safety, and customer satisfaction. You will ensure technicians are fully utilized and supported, translating field insights into action.

This role requires strong coaching, cross-functional collaboration with Service, Parts, Warranty, and IT, and the ability to rapidly diagnose issues, implement corrective actions, and manage performance dashboards.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead multi-location technician teams and drive performance.
• Strong coaching, mentoring, and performance management skills.
• Deep understanding of mobile service operations and field repair environments.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage mobile technician productivity and utilization across regions.
• Coach and evaluate technicians with structured development plans.
• Coordinate dispatch between shop and mobile units to balance workloads.
• Ensure safety, quality inspections, and compliance across mobile services.
• Develop and maintain productivity and performance reports and KPIs.
