Dobbs Truck Group seeks a capable Service Shop Supervisor to oversee daily operations in the service department. You will direct repair activities, assist mechanics, and ensure quality and safety standards, while supporting the Service Manager and maintaining strong customer relations.

Requirements include 18+, 1 year heavy-duty truck experience with 2 years diesel training, and good working knowledge of Excel/Word/Outlook.

Formación

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Minimum 1 year heavy-duty truck experience with 2 years of diesel training.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong organization and communication skills; dependable team player.

Responsabilidades

• Determine repair needs by road test or triage process.
• Provide direction and assistance in problem resolution and repairs to service shop personnel.
• Assist mechanics and support the Service Manager.
• Ensure shop safety and compliance with policies and procedures.
• Oversee inspections and ensure completion of repairs to meet customer needs.
• Monitor daily productivity reports and lead shop meetings.
