Dobbs Truck Group is seeking a Mobile Maintenance Advisor to lead the mobile service operation, organize daily activities, and ensure high standards of performance and customer satisfaction. This role involves supervising mobile technicians, coordinating schedules, and interfacing with Parts and Sales departments.
The ideal candidate has experience in truck/heavy equipment maintenance, CDL, and strong communication skills to manage customer expectations and drive service quality.
Dobbs Truck Group operates 25 commercial truck dealerships through two operating companies Dobbs Peterbilt and Western Truck Center. These dealerships represent some of the best commercial truck brands including Peterbilt, Volvo, Mack, Autocar, and Hino and include locations in Arkansas, California, Louisiana, Mississippi, Oregon, Tennessee, and Washington.
The Mobile Maintenance Advisor should be a capable leader, with the ability to organize the day-to-day operation. They must be capable of managing the entire service operation including mobile assignments, personnel, and standards of performance and work output to satisfy customer's service needs.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts, risk of electrical shock, wet and/or humid conditions, extreme heat and vibration, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and outside weather conditions. The noise level is occasionally loud.
