Job summary

FleetPride is seeking a Service Manager – Mobile to lead our frontline mobile service operations, driving profitability and service quality on-site at customer locations. You will manage scheduling, dispatch, and technician performance while ensuring OSHA/DOT compliance and a zero-incident workplace.

Qualifications

• Mobile service operations experience preferred.

• Willingness to travel up to 70%.

Responsibilities

• Lead mobile service operations across assigned regions, scheduling, dispatching, and workflow management.
• Develop and mentor technicians, ensuring safety and quality standards.
• Maintain customer relationships with clear communication and timely updates throughout repairs.
