Prestige Fleet Services is seeking a Regional Service Manager to oversee mobile technicians across a designated region in the United States. You will lead teams, drive productivity, and mentor staff while maintaining safety and service standards.

Qualifications

Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a management or leadership role.
Minimum of three (3) years’ experience Sales.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
Mechanical experience and knowledge.
Must be at least 21 yrs. of age.

Responsibilities

Directly oversee, lead, and mentor Mobile Technicians in designated region.
Lead a team of Mobile Technicians to drive productivity and growth.
Coordinate and conduct regular meetings with technicians to engage, energize and mentor.
Provide leadership and supervision to ensure efficiency, productivity and safety standards are met.
Provide leadership to individuals and management.
Market and support the operations of the business.
Knowledge of industry or mechanically inclined.
Service knowledge for heavy equipment, rental equipment, and rental trucks.
Ability to prospect for new accounts in an organized manner.
