Job summary

Coast Counties Truck & Equipment Company seeks a Mobile Service Coordinator to support daily mobile service operations, coordinate workflows, and maintain accurate repair documentation. You will assist with estimates, scheduling, billing, and communications with customers and technicians to ensure timely service delivery.

Work closely with Service, Parts, Warranty, and Sales teams to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction while supporting growth of mobile service operations.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating service workflows and customer communication.
• Ability to document repairs, estimates, and invoices accurately.

Responsibilities

• Schedule repairs and assign work based on technician availability and skills.
• Maintain repair order status, timekeeping, and billing records.
• Communicate with customers on estimates, progress, and updates.
• Open, prepare, and process mobile service repair orders efficiently.
• Support invoice adjustments and coordination with credits department.
• Ensure repair orders are completed and closed within 48 hours.
