You will schedule and coordinate mobile service appointments, write repair orders, and provide accurate cost estimates for labor and parts, while communicating with customers about progress and changes.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate mobile service appointments with customers
• Write Repair Orders and explain charges to customers
• Perform vehicle walk around and document customer concerns
• Provide complete and accurate written cost estimates for labor and parts
• Monitor progress of repairs and communicate updates to customers
• Contact customers about changes to estimates or timeframes
• Advise customers on proper truck maintenance per manufacturer specs
• Follow all safety policies and report accidents promptly
