• Perform MPI inspections using Autopoint while technician works on first vehicle.
• Communicate findings to customers after initial inspection.
• Assist with minor repairs and support larger repairs.
• Keep technician busy to maximize efficiency of mobile team.
• Coordinate with service advisor to bill and invoice correctly.
• Plan ahead for accounts and monitor customer communications.
