The role emphasizes accuracy in cost estimates, keeping customers informed, and maintaining service quality while upholding safety policies. Prior customer service and basic sales experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating mobile service for customers is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication and documentation skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate mobile service appointments with customers.
• Write Repair Orders and explain charges to customers.
• Perform vehicle walk around and document customer concerns.
• Provide a complete and accurate written cost estimate for labor and parts.
• Check the progress of repair throughout the day.
• Contact customers regarding changes in the estimate or time impacts.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Advise customers on truck care per manufacturer specifications.
• Follow all safety policies and report incidents.
