Job summary

Pohanka of Salisbury, part of the Pohanka Family of Dealerships, seeks a Mobile Customer Service Coordinator to schedule mobile service appointments and dispatch technicians to customer locations. You will build and maintain customer files, ensure repair orders are accurately tracked in our dealership and telematics systems, and uphold high service standards.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate a proven record of delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Strong multitasking and time management skills are essential.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient computer skills in MS Office and ability to learn dealership/telematics systems.
• Past experience as a Service Advisor or similar role is a plus.
• Logistics dispatch and coordination experience is a plus.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
• Positive attitude, high energy, and personal integrity.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with Commercial and Retail clients to schedule mobile service appointments.
• Manage daily workflow and dispatch Mobile Techs to customer locations.
• Build and manage customer files for new customers and enter them into telematics systems.
• Complete all repair orders in dealership systems and telematics databases to ensure scheduler integrity.
• Establish strong customer service relationships and follow up on appointments and service requests.
• Monitor vehicle progress and confirm mobile work is completed as requested.
• Verify final invoices match work performed and explain charges to customers.
