Job summary

T-Mobile is hiring a Mobile Associate to support retail operations, helping customers with technology and service needs in a fast-paced store. You’ll build product knowledge, demonstrate solutions, and assist shoppers throughout their journey to ensure satisfaction.

The role requires communication, problem solving, and teamwork. Compensation includes an hourly base pay with training pay, plus potential annual incentives and stock grants for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED is required.
• At least 6 months of customer service or sales experience in retail preferred.
• Legally allowed to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions.
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features to enhance customer understanding and engagement.
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations.
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and contribute to team initiatives.
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
