Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Store-in-Store Mobile Associate to serve as the face of the brand inside a warehouse/club kiosk. You will energize customers, demonstrate solutions, and educate them on benefits in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED minimum.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with customers in a high-traffic retail environment, educates customers, and showcases the value of T-Mobile's benefits.
• Complete training on store-in-store processes, products, and systems; continuously learn and apply skills to deliver the best customer experience.
• Attract potential customers, drive sales activities, and follow up for referrals and Be Back opportunities.
