Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking Store-in-Store Mobile Associates to be the face of our warehouse/club kiosk experiences, delivering energy, education, and solutions in a fast-paced retail setting. You will educate customers, demonstrate products, and help them stay connected to what matters most.

Starting pay is $18.00 per hour plus $5.00 training pay, with on-the-job training. After training, you may earn $20.00 per hour, plus eligibility for annual stock grants and other benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service or sales experience preferred in retail.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a high-traffic retail environment and educate on products.
• Complete training on store-in-store processes, products, and systems; share knowledge and support store operations.
• Build rapport, attract customers, and drive sales while providing exceptional service.
