Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking Store-in-Store Mobile Associates to be the face of T-Mobile inside a warehouse/club kiosk, delivering energy, expertise, and outstanding customer experiences in a high-traffic setting.

Qualifications

• Six months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment, educating customers and showcasing the value of T-Mobile's benefits.
• Complete training on the store-in-store experience, new skills, products, and processes; learn systems and reference resources and perform knowledge sharing and store operations.
• Provide exceptional service, build rapport and loyalty, attract potential customers, follow up, collect referrals, and support Be Back processes.
