Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience preferred in retail.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a high-traffic retail environment and educate them on products and benefits.
• Complete training on store-in-store experience, new skills, products, processes, and systems to provide excellent customer experiences.
• Build rapport, drive sales, and follow up with customers, including referrals and Be Back processes.
