Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a Store-in-Store Mobile Associate to engage customers in a fast-paced warehouse/club setting. You will educate customers, demonstrate products, and showcase the value of member benefits while delivering outstanding service.

You'll complete comprehensive training, develop product knowledge, and use digital tools to drive sales. The role starts at $18.00/hour base plus $5.00/hour training pay, with a guaranteed $20/hour including incentives and a potential annual stock grant.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Complete training on store-in-store experience, products, and processes; continuously improve skills.
