Job summary

T-Mobile USA is seeking a Mobile Associate to engage customers in a fast-paced retail environment, explaining technology and service options and driving satisfaction. You will learn to use digital tools to present coverage and plans while delivering personalized solutions and top-tier service.

With a base hourly wage and training pay, you’ll have opportunities for incentives and stock grants as part of the Total Rewards package offered to employees.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in retail preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with engagement and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet individual needs.
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features to enhance customer understanding and engagement.
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations.
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and contribute to team initiatives.
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
