Job summary

T-Mobile USA is seeking a Mobile Associate to engage customers in a fast-paced retail setting, building product knowledge and advising on service plans while guiding customers through their shopping journey.

You will develop strong customer-service and sales skills, demonstrate technology solutions with digital tools, and complete training on retail processes and wireless innovations. Training and on-the-job learning are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a Retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet individual needs.
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features to enhance customer understanding and engagement.
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations.
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and contribute to team initiatives.
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
