Job summary

T-Mobile is hiring a Store-in-Store Mobile Associate in a fast-paced warehouse/club kiosk setting. You will energize shoppers, educate them on products, and guide them through solutions to keep people connected.

The role focuses on education, demonstrations, and building relationships to drive sales while delivering outstanding customer experiences. Training is provided on systems, products, and processes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience preferred in retail.
• Retail environment experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a high-traffic retail setting using digital tools.
• Educate, demonstrate, and recommend solutions to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
• Complete training on store systems, products, and processes.
• Build rapport and follow up with customers to secure referrals.
