Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking Store-in-Store Mobile Associates to engage customers in a fast-paced warehouse/club kiosk setting. You will educate customers, demonstrate products, and advocate for T-Mobile services while delivering exceptional service.

Training is provided. You will progress through skills and processes to improve customer experiences and sales outcomes in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment.
• Complete training on the T-Mobile store-in-store experience, new skills, products, and processes.
