This entry-level role includes training toward the Mobile Expert position, with support and coaching throughout the ramp-up period. The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, at least 18 years old, and 6 months of customer service or sales experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 6 months of customer service or sales experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers along their shopping journey in-store, online, or via Customer Care.
• Demonstrate devices and services, tailoring solutions to customer needs.
• Upsell accessories and plans to enhance connectivity.
• Provide on-brand, friendly service and resolve questions or issues.
