Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking Mobile Associates to energize the store, engage customers, educate, demonstrate, and recommend solutions. This role operates in National Sales partner locations within a high-traffic retail environment, building relationships and meeting sales targets.

You will train on the in-store experience, use digital tools, and collaborate with nearby stores to onboard customers. A High School diploma and 6 months of customer service or sales experience are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience; retail environment preferred.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced retail setting and meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages customers in a high-traffic retail environment.
• Use digital tools, educate customers, and demonstrate value of solutions.
• On-board customers and leverage self-serve tools during interactions.
• Review promotions and stay customer ready at all times.
• Partner with nearby stores to onboard customers and manage store procedures.
• Carry keys to kiosk and ensure assets are secured.
