Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is hiring Store-in-Store Mobile Associates to be the face of T-Mobile in a warehouse/club kiosk setting, delivering energy, knowledge and exceptional customer experiences in a high-traffic environment.

You will learn the store-in-store experience, products and processes, build relationships, drive sales, and support customers from education to closing, with on-the-job training and opportunities for growth and stock benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience preferred in retail.
• Retail experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment.
• Complete training on the T-Mobile store-in-store experience, new skills, products, and processes.
