Join T-Mobile as a Mobile Associate, Store-in-Store, and help bring the T-Mobile brand to life in National Sales partner locations. You will engage customers in a fast-paced, high-traffic retail environment, educating and demonstrating solutions while building relationships and driving sales.

Formación

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred.
• High School Diploma/GED (Required).
• Customer service mindset and ability to engage customers.

Responsabilidades

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment.
• Leverage digital self-serve tools and solution-based selling to demonstrate value of T-Mobile products and services.
• Complete training on in-store processes, products, and systems; ensure customer readiness and onboard new customers with team.
• Builds relationships with nearby leadership and teams to support the customer experience from account setup to device support.
